Description:
Rock Creek Community Planning Organization volunteers to review proposed plans from developers requesting zoning changes. Their membership found it difficult to review the one written copy of each plan in a timely manner.

AbiTeq built a PHP search form accessing a MySQL database for the pertinent information. Plans are scanned into a PDF format including larger maps and drawings. The PDFs are stored on Rock Creek CPO's website, where the database provides a URL address to download the particular file.
